What can you do to establish a relationship with your unborn baby?

Do you know that you can communicate with your unborn child? You don't have to believe in the existence of a soul, because this communication can simply take place on an energetic level and it helps you to enter the universe in a state of acceptance, letting go and trusting where everything is possible ... like when you turn on a radio at a certain frequency. 

You can do the following exercises:

-Tell your child what will be waiting here for him (much love, understanding ... and everything you have to offer him/her), what you are ready to do for your child and that you already love him or her ... as if the child is already in your arms. And then let go ... trust that the universe has received your message. 

Do the following:

- Write a letter to your unborn child. 

- Meditate (or sit in silence for a few minutes) and imagine that an umbilical cord already exists between you and your child and  you're ready to welcome the child into the earthly existence and to love, raise and cherish the time together.
